CrossFit Kids (5 to 11 yrs) is different to CrossFit for adults. For Kids it is necessary to pair fitness with fun in order to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for your children. They will benefit in so many ways from participating…it’s crazy fun! Kids need more jumping and balance work than adults and less ‘weights’.
Each class involves activities such as pushing, pulling, running, jumping, throwing, climbing, rolling and lifting, all in a safe environment allowing them to develop an athletic foundation. They are designed for all kids, regardless of their involvement in sports or other athletic activities.
All the movements are taught safely and effectively under close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Coaches. Classes are during Vaud school terms and close on Vaud School holidays.
