Certains entrainements (WOD) sont devenus connus de par leur intensité ou leur composition dévastatrice. Il y a beaucoup d’entrainements avec des prénoms ou appelés « Hero ». En voici quelques-uns que vous verrez probablement dans le programme à la box de temps en temps. Ceux-ci sont connus comme des points de référence, ils nous permettent (et vous aussi) d’observer votre progression.
