Quel est mon niveau?

Rookie
Cette classe t’es dédiée si tu débutes en CrossFit ou/et si tu n’est pas encore à l’aise avec les principaux mouvements. Les cours sont plus orientés sur la technique et la maîtrise des mouvements de base. Les charges et volume de travail sont moins élevés que pour les autres niveaux.
De 0 à 6 mois de pratique ou 0 à 100 sessions.

Intermediate
Cette classe t’es dédiée si tu pratiques le CrossFit depuis quelques temps. Tu commences à être familier avec les mouvements d’haltérophilie et powerlifting ainsi que les mouvements de gymnastique de base. Tu peux faire de temps à autres des WODs inscrits au tableau en Rx (sans modifier).
De 6 à 18 mois de pratique ou 75 à 250 sessions.

Advanced
Cette classe t’es dédiée si tu maîtrises la plupart mouvements d’haltérophilie et powerlifting ainsi que les mouvements de gymnastique plus complexes. Tu peux faire la plupart des WODs inscrits au tableau en Rx (sans modifier).
Plus de 18 mois de pratique ou plus de 200 sessions.

Tous les niveaux sont acceptés.

Freestyle
Tu peux venir à n’importe quel moment pendant cette période et suivre le Workout of the Day ou faire les exercices de ton choix.

MobWod
1 heure de mobilité pour travailler la mobilité des articulations et la souplesse des muscles destinée à améliorer le mouvement du corps dans son ensemble

Active
Cette classe a été créée pour les personnes qui désirent commencer à bouger. Vous allez commencer en douceur en augmentant votre mobilité et en renforçant vos muscles grâce aux exercise ciblés. L’intensité sera maintenue au minimum ansi que les impacts.

Comment savoir combien de session j’ai fait? Rien de plus simple! Va sur ton profil ou tu réserves tes cours et clique sur le lien “attendance”. Descends au bas de la page et là tu as le nombre total de classes auxquelles tu as participé!
