We hold All Levels classes on:
Mondays 09:00 and 19:00
Wednesdays 09:00, 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00
Thursdays 12:15 and 19:00
Fridays 09:00 and 19:00
Saturdays 08:30 and 09:30
We have one Strength class per week on Tuesdays at 19:00. This class focusses on mobility and strength and is open to all members of all levels wishing to focus on strength development.
We have Beginners classes at the following times (these classes are less intense and have a greater emphasis on technique):
Mondays 10:00 and 20:00
Fridays 10:00 and 20:00
We have Open Gym at the following times (Open Gym means you can come at any time during those hours to do the Workout of the Day – there is no fixed class):
Tuesdays 06:00 to 07:30
Thursdays 06:00 to 07:30
Sundays 08:30 to 10:30
We have five CrossFit Competition classes on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30, Tuesdays at 09:00, Wednesdays at 20:00 and Thursdays at 09:00. These classes are designed for athletes wishing to take their fitness to the next level and compete in the sport of CrossFit.
We have our Foundations of CrossFit classes at the following times (these three hour long classes are mandatory for all new members):
Mondays at 11:00
Tuesdays at 20:00
Thursdays at 20:00
Fridays at 11:00
We have CrossFit Kids classes on Sundays (the gym space is reserved for the children and adults cannot train at this time):
Sundays CF Kids at 11:00 for ages 4-7
Sundays CF Kids at 11:00 for ages 8+
These two age groups are usually run separately but at the same time.
There is a further CrossFit Kids class (all ages) on Wednesdays at 14:30.
We have one CrossFit Teens class on Thursdays at 18:00
