We hold All Levels classes on:
Mondays 09:00 and 19:00
Tuesdays 09:00
Wednesdays 09:00, 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00
Thursdays 19:00
Fridays 09:00 and 19:00
Saturdays 08:30 and 09:30
We have one Fundamentals of Powerlifting class per week on Tuesdays at 19:00. This class focusses on mobility and strength and is open to all members of all levels, wishing to focus on strength development.
We have Beginners classes at the following times (these classes are less intense and have a greater emphasis on technique):
Mondays 10:00 and 20:00
Tuesdays 10:00
Wednesday 10:00
Fridays 10:00 and 20:00
Saturday 10:30
We have Open Gym at the following times (Open Gym means you can come at any time during those hours to do the Workout of the Day – there is no fixed class):
Tuesdays 06:00 to 07:30
Thursdays 06:00 to 07:30
Sundays 08:30 to 11:30
We have our Foundations of CrossFit classes at the following times (these three hour long classes are mandatory for all new members):
Mondays at 11:00
Tuesdays at 20:00
Thursdays at 20:00
Fridays at 11:00
We have CrossFit Kids classes on (these classes run in parallel to the Open Gym for adults):
Thursdays at 16:00.
Sundays CF Kids at 10:00 for ages 4-7
Sundays CF Kids at 10:45 for ages 8+
