We are modifying our morning schedule to account for the school holidays. Please note these changes do not affect the 6:00am class, they do not affect the evening classes nor do they affect any of the weekend classes.
We will have a single class in the late mornings at 9:30 for All Levels (Beginners included), followed by a 30 min Crossfit Kids class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please note there is no class on Tuesday mornings at 09:30 or 10:30.
The Summer schedule from 1st of July to 1st of September will be as follows:
Mondays 9:30 All Levels, 10:30 CrossFit Kids, evening unchanged
Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 All Levels, evening unchanged
Wednesdays 9:30 All Levels, 10:30 CrossFit Kids, evening unchanged
Thursdays 6:00-7:30 All Levels, evening unchanged
Fridays 9:30 All Levels, 10:30 CrossFit Kids, evening unchanged
Saturdays and Sundays as usual
