The following are a selection of before and after transformations that we have seen here at CrossFit Léman. This list is not exhaustive, neither is it the end of anyone’s transformation, it is merely a snapshot in time of progress.
Row to Houston
1000m Rows per week for 3 weeks to raise money to help children participate in the Junior Olympics.
Suzi, the Dragon boat race was in September last year. It’s at most 9 months!
