The foundations courses can be started immediately on a one-to-one basis.

 

 

1000m Rows per week for 3 weeks to raise money to help children participate in the Junior Olympics.

Paddle for Cancer Dragon Boat Race  

Mixed only this year :-( but lets come home with gold...again  

All proceeds go to the English Speaking Cancer Association - ESCA
